Change communications for Shell South Africa’s SAP implementation.

Shell approached Bay Moon to assist it with change communications around its SAP implementation programme. Bay Moon worked with the Shell team in designing and implementing a host of change communications products, such as:

Creating a special intranet site for the programme
Writing articles for the Shell internal magazine
Creating posters, banners calendars, t-shirts,

DirectAxis
DirectAxis is a specialised services group that sets up clients with loans and insurance. DirectAxis requested Bay Moon’s assistance in improving its internal branding and streamlining its internal communications products in January 2010.

Bay Moon held a workshop with internal stakeholders to find out exactly what they believed worked and did not work with regard to internal communications. The three-hour workshop yielded a great deal of vital information that enabled us to create a list of priorities. These included:

An intranet site
Streamlining and rebranding of all internal communications
Additional communications training for the internal communications focal point

Arnie’s Panel Shop
Arnie’s is an owner-managed motor body repair shop, situated in Cape Town. Arnie’s expressed the need for basic branding products that would allow it to create greater awareness of its services in the public eye.

In this case, a full workshop was not necessary and we met with Arnie Greybe and his office staff to assess exactly what was needed. It was agreed that Bay Moon would provide the following services and products to Arnie’s:
